<div>Job Summary: As an Ecommerce Key Account Manager (KAM), you will be responsible for managing and driving the ecommerce activities of Neeta Life Sciences across various marketplaces. You will play a pivotal role in revenue growth, customer acquisition, and ensuring the brand&#39;s success on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit, Nykaa, and more. Key</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Responsibilities: &bull; Growth on Marketplace Channels: o Drive overall revenue growth on marketplaces. o Implement strategies to increase market share and brand presence on key platforms. &bull; First-Time Customer Acquisition: o Determine targets and allocate budgets for performance marketing spends. o Lead the team to develop creatives, audiences, and campaigns to execute and achieve targets. &bull; Marketplace Sales Management: o Oversee sales on various marketplaces including (but not limited to) Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit, and Nykaa. o Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize sales. &bull; Performance Analysis: o Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. o Generate reports and provide actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams. &bull; Collaboration and Coordination: o Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns. o Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment. o Liaise with marketplace account managers to stay updated on platform policies and best practices. &bull; Industry Trends and Best Practices: o Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant ideas into ecommerce strategies. o Continuously improve and innovate to stay ahead of the competition.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Proven experience as an Ecommerce Key Account Manager, or similar role. &bull; Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and marketplace dynamics. &bull; Experience in developing and executing successful ecommerce strategies. &bull; Excellent organizational and time-management skills. &bull; Ability to work independently and as part of a team. &bull; Proficiency in analytics tools and ecommerce platforms. &bull; Passion for skincare and beauty is a plus.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Preferred Qualifications: &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. &bull; Experience working with a D2C brand, preferably in the wellness, supplements, beauty, or skincare industry. &bull; Experience with performance marketing and budget management.</div>
