Mgr - BD<br /> Experience &ndash; 2+ Yrs<br /> Location &ndash; Coimbatore<br /> No. of Positions &ndash; 1 nos</div> <div><br /> Qualification &ndash; Bachelor degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business or related fields.<br /> We are looking for 2+ years of experienced B2B SaaS Sales Territory Manager for the<br /> region around Coimbatore for our flagship product MetalCloud. The person&rsquo;s<br /> responsibility will require the complete ownership of Lead Generation, to demo<br /> scheduling and conversion of sales. You will also manage a team as and when<br /> required for us to dominate the cluster.<br /> Being a completely untapped sector, you need to start from scratch and generate<br /> leads, qualify them, schedule demos and ultimately convert them to paid clients of<br /> MetalCloud.</div> <div> <div>Identifying the best clients to invest time on through research, networking and<br /> all possible outreach initiatives.<br /> ● Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product and the problems<br /> of the customer<br /> ● Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers within target<br /> organizations.<br /> ● Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and<br /> campaigns.<br /> ● Set up a process to ensure a continuous inflow of leads and conversion.<br /> ● Visit clients often in this cluster and consider this a fully on ground role.<br /> ● Provide feedback on the problems the clients face and product improvements.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Desired Attributes:</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>● 2+ years of experienced B2B SaaS<br /> ● Must be fluent in Tamil and able to communicate product information during<br /> sales pitches.<br /> ● Experience in Generating Leads through networking and research.<br /> ● Selling B2B SaaS on ground<br /> Good to have:</div> <div>● Have done previous sales in small teams handling multiple<br /> projects and responsibilities.<br /> ● Experience in tools like Zoho CRM, Tableau,<br /> ● Proven track record of B2B Sales in Manufacturing Sector in India<br /> ● Bachelor&#39;s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business or related<br /> fields.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div> <div>Compensation &amp; Benefits</div> <div><br /> ● Compensation: As per industry standards &amp; pedigree of the candidate<br /> ● Group Medical Insurance: This is over and above compensation. 3 lakhs<br /> floater for the family including parents, spouse, children.
