Job Summary

The SAP ISU-CS role is pivotal for ensuring streamlined configurations and implementations within the SAP IS-U Customer Service module. The position involves working collaboratively with various teams to enhance utility-specific business processes while providing top-notch analytical support.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP IS-U CS functionalities, including move-in/move-out processes, disconnection/reconnection, and contract account management.
• Collaborate closely with billing, device management, and SAP Service Cloud (C4C) teams for seamless integration.
• Analyze and document utilities-specific business processes such as meter-to-cash, customer onboarding, and service requests.
• Manage and implement integration strategies with SAP C4C, FICA, and Device Management.
• Address Business Process Exception Management (BPEM) issues and facilitate SAP C4C integration.
• Maintain effective communication with global teams and client stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on SAP IS-U CS configuration and implementation experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; SAP certification preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of utilities-specific business processes.
  • Experience with integration to SAP C4C, FICA, and Device Management.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Exception Management (BPEM) and its applications within SAP C4C.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with global teams and client stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SAP Billing processes and device management.
• Additional SAP certifications.

Experience

6-9 years of relevant experience in SAP IS-U Customer Service configurations and implementations.

Environment

The role is expected to be executed in a flexible work setup across PAN India, necessitating collaboration with remote teams.
