Product Definition Analyst 3

Job Summary

The Product Definition Analyst 3 plays a crucial role in assessing business requirements, carrying out functional design, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. This position contributes to the overall success of the organization by ensuring the integrity and functionality of products and services offered by Amadeus.

Responsibilities

• Assess requirements by building, maintaining, and sharing functional knowledge of processes, services, and end-user products.
• Analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management and perform sizing specification and validation work.
• Carry out functional design by writing Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, and Product Specifications, while presenting functional walk-throughs to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the implementation of the test strategy, review test plans, and ensure compliance of delivered functionality and system integrity.
• Manage relations with key stakeholders by interfacing and communicating with Product Management, Project Management, Amadeus Customer Services, Implementation, Migration, and Development teams.
• Participate in team events by supporting stakeholders in Agile forums, team meetings, and solution assessments.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and functional knowledge in the relevant discipline.
• Familiarity with the Amadeus business and its relation to the specific area of expertise.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess business requirements and propose improvements.
• Proficient in writing technical documentation such as feasibility studies and product specifications.
• Strong communication skills to interface with various teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work with moderate guidance and direction from management.
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Knowledge of testing strategies and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with Amadeus applications and their functional compatibility.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in product definition, analysis, or a related field.
