Job Summary:<br /> We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and be a key partner in supporting the executive’s success.<br /> <br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> 1.Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.<br /> 2.Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages, and respond on behalf of the executive when appropriate.<br /> 3.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.<br /> 4.Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.<br /> 5.Assist with the preparation of materials and research for meetings, presentations, and reports.<br /> 6.Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal teams, clients, and external partners.<br /> 7.Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.<br /> 8.Manage travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating detailed travel itineraries.<br /> 9.Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and other administrative tasks related to the executive’s role.<br /> 10. Support special projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed.<br /> 11. Anticipate the executive’s needs and proactively identify ways to make processes more efficient.<br /> <br /> Qualifications:<br />

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field (preferred).<br />
  2. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role (minimum 2-3 years).<br /> 3.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.<br /> 4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br /> 5.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.<br /> 6.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative.<br /> 7.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.<br /> 8.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.<br /> 9.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage last-minute requests.<br /> 10.Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
