Job Summary

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer who can partner closely with our product and AI teams to shape and build user-facing features that bring our AI agents to life. In this role, you will contribute to building intuitive, high-performance, and scalable interfaces for our AI-driven platform, ensuring seamless user experiences that drive real business outcomes in Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, performant, and maintainable User Interfaces (UIs) using React and associated frameworks/tools.
• Translate product requirements and designs into high-quality frontend components.
• Collaborate closely with AI and Backend teams to integrate agent features and data flows.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Take ownership of the frontend architecture and advocate for best practices.
• Monitor frontend performance and iterate to ensure optimal user experience.
• Contribute to the overall product and technology vision at an early stage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building production-level frontend applications.
• Expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil).
• Familiarity with API integration, WebSockets, and RESTful services.
• Solid understanding of modern frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Babel).
• Strong UI/UX instincts with a focus on performance and polish.
• Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments.
• Bonus: experience in early-stage startups or working on data/AI-driven platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Knowledge of GraphQL and its integration with frontend applications.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in frontend development.

• Location: Bengaluru (In-office work policy).
• Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high ownership from Day 1.

Salary

• Estimated salary range of ₹2,500,000 - ₹3,000,000 per annum.
