Job Title – Performance Marketing Manager
Reports to – Associate Director – D2C
Primary Location – Mumbai

Job Purpose :
You will drive the overall performance marketing and will be responsible for achieving overall sales target. You as a performance marketing lead will create the infrastructure required for the brand to scale up for next 3 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Owning and driving performance marketing with external & internal stakeholders
- Responsible for achieving overall sales targets, and will be working on the overall P&L aspect over a period of time
- Responsible for overall planning, implementation and reporting
- Owning and driving the measurement aspects of media : Brand track studies, conversion rate optimisation, Media Mix Modelling, etc
- Responsible for driving awareness campaigns with leading ad-platforms and publishers like DV360, Hotstar etc.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team, brand team and other vendor partners across various campaigns
- Create the infrastructure required( right tech stack, right agency partners/team) to scale up the brand in the next 3 years
Required Education, Experience and Skills :
- Graduate with 2+ years of experience in marketing/ digital
- Strong stakeholder management skills as role will need coordination with multiple touchpoints( agency, e-com team, brand-com team etc)
- Strong understanding of ad-plaforms like Google Ads, DV360, Facebook ads etc, with hands on experience
- Strong understanding and experience of working with Google Analytics, A/B Testing tools and CRM
- Very strong data driven approach and first principle thinking
