Job Summary

The President will serve as the primary representative in front of bankers, overseeing key financial functions including core controllership, audit, and taxation. This role involves leading a team of 25-30 professionals across various functions, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance. The individual will be responsible for managing relationships with banking institutions, handling limits independently, and driving strategic financial initiatives. The position requires a senior-level executive capable of operating independently and providing leadership at the highest level of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company in front of bankers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
• Liaise with banking institutions and coordinate day-to-day financial activities.
• Lead end-to-end core controllership functions, including audit and taxation processes.
• Manage and oversee a team of 25-30 professionals across different financial functions.
• Independently handle financial limits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support the transition of the finance office to Delhi, with an initial three-month assignment in Raipur at the specified location (Currency Tower, VIP Road).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably at the level of Senior General Manager or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in managing banking relationships and handling financial limits independently.
• Strong understanding of controllership, audit, and taxation processes.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of representing the organization confidently.
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing large teams.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in a President or equivalent executive role.
• Experience in relocating or managing finance operations across different locations.
• Ability to operate independently without direct managerial oversight.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and local language(s) as required.

Experience

• Minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience in financial leadership roles.
• Proven track record of handling banking relationships and financial limits independently.
• Experience managing large teams and overseeing multiple financial functions.

Environment

• The role involves a hybrid work environment with initial three months based in Raipur at the Currency Tower, VIP Road, followed by relocation to Delhi.
• The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to operate in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• The work setting is primarily office-based with significant interaction with banking and financial institutions.

Salary

• Up to 60 Lacs annually, with a preference for fixed compensation.
