Our vision is to create gold-standard IVF experience with in-house doctors, best success-rates, protocols etc. About the role As the Clinical Director (Founding team member), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the clinical strategy and operations to deliver IVF 2.0 in India via best-in-class customer experience. This role requires a strategic & empathetic leader with extensive experience in reproductive medicine, a passion for leveraging technology to improve patient outcomes, and a relentless dedication to delivering exceptional clinical care. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and execute the clinical strategy and roadmap, in alignment with the organization's vision of being a customer-first tech-enabled IVF chain ● Oversee all aspects of IVF clinical operations, including patient consultations, diagnostic testing, treatment protocols, laboratory procedures, and surgical interventions. ● Lead a multidisciplinary team of fertility specialists, nurses, and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement. ● Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and regulatory / ART law requirements in clinical care delivery, laboratory operations, and patient safety. ● Drive the adoption and integration of technology solutions, data analytics, and artificial intelligence in clinical workflows to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and patient outcomes. ● Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, academic institutions, and industry partners to advance clinical research, education, and collaboration initiatives. ● Develop and implement quality assurance programs, performance metrics, and outcome measures to monitor and continuously improve clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency. ● Provide clinical expertise and support for marketing, sales, and customer service initiatives, ensuring alignment with clinical best practices and patient-centric care principles. Qualifications & Requirements: ● Relevant Medical degree and Reproductive Endocrinology specialization ● 7-10 years of experience in clinical leadership roles within the fertility industry, with a track record of driving innovation and excellence in patient care. ● Strong knowledge of assisted reproductive technologies (ART), including IVF, ICSI, PGT, and egg freezing, as well as related procedures and laboratory techniques. ● Experience managing and leading multidisciplinary clinical teams, with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. ● Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and quality assurance principles in reproductive medicine. ● Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and data analytics to improve clinical workflows, optimize outcomes, and enhance patient experience. ● Commitment to patient-centric care, empathy, and compassion for individuals and couples struggling with infertility. ● Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with the ability to align clinical operations with organizational goals and objectives.
