<div>About the Role: </div>

The candidate will be responsible for the D2C (website) Growth and Marketing function of the business. The candidate<br />
will drive traffic to website via platforms and channels including but not limited to Meta, Google & affiliate marketing.</div>

<div>Key Responsibilities</div>
<div>1. Growth (performance) marketing on the D2C channels<br />
a. Drive overall revenue growth on D2C.<br />
b. First time customer acquisition<br />
i. Allocate budgets based on targets for performance marketing spends<br />
ii. Lead the team to develop creatives, audiences and campaigns to execute and achieve targets<br />
iii. Conceptualize and execute campaigns on digital marketing platforms including (but not<br />
limited to) Google, Meta, affiliates etc<br />
c. Repeat customer marketing<br />
i. Conceptualize and execute campaigns on Google and Metal platforms to get customers to<br />
repurchase<br />
2. Creatives planning: demand forecast for creatives and exhaustive creative analysis is an important part of this<br />
role.<br />
3. CRO - Handle all activities that will help in increased conversions such as (but not limited to) page speed,<br />
product page listing etc.<br />
4. Reporting & analytics - Daily / weekly / monthly reporting to be made and analysis to be done.<br />
5. Attribution – should have strong knowledge on how attribution works.<br />
6. Work with operations team to plan stock.</div>

<div>Skills we are looking for<br />
Must Haves:<br />
• 4-6 years performance marketing experience in D2C or agency organizations<br />
• Strong experience using performance marketing to drive traffic and revenue<br />
• Expertise in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies,<br />
including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels<br />
• Experience in managing digital first brands both from width & depth point of view<br />
• Strength working with cross functional teams in a high growth environment<br />
• Experience in creating end to end online customer journey<br />
• At attitude to learn and being very, very customer centric<br />
• Good spoken and written English<br />
• Fast to respond and good communication skills<br />
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment</div>
