Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team in Bengaluru. The role is pivotal in designing and implementing scalable and robust architecture solutions for digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in solution design, digital architecture, and be technology-agnostic, with expertise in Hybris, React, and Java. This position is contractual and based on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Design & Strategy: Define and design scalable, robust, and flexible architecture for digital transformation projects.
• Technology Leadership: Provide expertise across multiple technologies, focusing on Hybris, React, and Java.
• Microservices & Digital Architecture: Implement modern microservices-based architectures, BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) frameworks, and caching strategies.
• Authentication & Security: Define and implement authentication mechanisms, identity management, and security best practices.
• CMS & Content Management: Architect solutions for content management and digital experience platforms.
• Impact Analysis & Solution Documentation: Conduct impact analysis, sizing, and technical documentation using tools like Visio, Draw.io, or similar.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to align architecture with business goals.
• Presentation & Stakeholder Communication: Deliver high-quality presentations and technical documents to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Technology Stack: Strong expertise in Hybris, React, and Java.
• Domain Expertise: Preferred experience in Telecom or Technology domains.
• Microservices & API Management: Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Microservices architecture, API gateways, and BFF frameworks.
• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and DevOps best practices.
• Tools & Documentation: Proficiency in Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, or similar tools for architectural diagrams and impact analysis.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• TOGAF or equivalent Architecture Certification.
• Experience in designing high-availability and scalable enterprise solutions.
• Exposure to Headless CMS, API-first architecture, and caching mechanisms.
• Agile and DevOps exposure with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines.

Experience

• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in solution architecture with specific experience in Hybris, React, and Java.
• Preferred experience in the Telecom or Technology domains.
