We’re hiring a Video Editor for Truva, a fast-growing real estate startup based in Powai, Mumbai, founded in 2023 by IIT and Stanford GSB alumni with a mission to make home buying and selling delightful and transparent. In this role, you’ll edit high-conversion performance marketing ads and create engaging brand and social content including reels, founder videos, testimonials, behind-the-scenes, and journey stories. We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of editing experience, strong After Effects (must-have) and Premiere Pro skills, a sharp eye for hooks, pacing, sound, and visual flow, and comfort working in a fast-paced, experiment-heavy startup environment. The team follows a joyful, honest, and fast way of working, operates 6 days a week (Saturday WFH), and the role reports into the Growth Lead.
