Position title – Assistant Manager & Manager - Human Resources Department(HRBP).
Location – Gurgaon
Required Attributes, Academics and Experience
We are hiring for Assistant Manager & Manager - Human Resources Department(HRBP). Who will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management within the organization. Who will serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues and act as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP will assess and anticipate HR-related needs, communicate proactively, and formulate partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added service to management and employees.
*Responsibilities:*
1. *Talent Management:*
- Partner with management to identify current and future talent needs, contributing to workforce planning and talent acquisition efforts.
- Support performance management processes, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
2. *Employee Relations:*
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing and resolving employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct investigations, as needed, and provide guidance on disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
3. *Organizational Development:*
- Facilitate organizational development initiatives, including change management, employee engagement, and culture enhancement programs.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify opportunities for skill development and succession planning.
4. *Compensation and Benefits:*
- Work closely with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
- Provide guidance on employee benefits programs and assist in addressing compensation-related inquiries.
5. *HR Compliance:*
- Stay informed about HR laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices are compliant.
- Advise management on legal implications of HR decisions and actions.
6. *HR Analytics:*
- Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
