Product Definition Analyst 3

Job Summary

The Product Definition Analyst 3 plays a crucial role in assessing business requirements, carrying out functional design, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. This position contributes to the overall success of the organization by ensuring the integrity and functionality of products and services through detailed analysis and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assess Requirements: Build, maintain, and share functional knowledge of processes, services, and end-user products; analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management; size specification and validation work.
• Carry Out Functional Design: Write Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, and Product Specifications; present functional walk-throughs to stakeholders; ensure functional compatibility with other Amadeus applications.
• Overview Validation: Contribute to the implementation of the test strategy; review test plans to ensure compliance with delivered functionality and system integrity; ensure traceability of tests with specifications; investigate, validate, and prioritize reported incidents.
• Manage Relations with Key Stakeholders: Interface and communicate with Product Management, Project Management, Amadeus Customer Services, Implementation, Migration, and Development teams; engage with customers during requirements understanding, functional specification, testing, and implementation phases.
• Participate in Team Events: Support team stakeholders by participating in Agile forums, team meetings, and solution assessments.

Qualifications

• Technical/Functional Knowledge: Required knowledge and experience in the relevant discipline, particularly related to the Amadeus business.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze different sources of information and make recommendations for improvements.
• Documentation Skills: Proficient in writing technical documents such as feasibility studies and product specifications.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interface with various teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to investigate and prioritize incidents effectively.
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Amadeus applications and services.
• Knowledge of testing strategies and compliance standards.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in product definition, analysis, or a related field.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹2,800,000.
