JOB DESCRIPTION – ECOMMERCE EXECUTIVE<br /> ● Roles & responsibilities:<br /> ● Responsible for managing all eCommerce platforms, websites and new business<br /> ● Manage ecommerce accounts with Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Flipkart, Jio Mart, Instamart,<br /> Blinkit, Zepto, Dunzo.<br /> ● Must be creative & passionate in growing product sales by using various strategies on<br /> E-commerce portals.<br /> ● Strategize and plan to increase the ecommerce sales<br /> ● Forecasting and executing monthly/annual sales targets<br /> ● List and manage the entire catalogue end to end on all major marketplaces<br /> ● Preparing & uploading A+ Content with the help of info-graphics and Optimised SEO Rich<br /> Content<br /> ● Addressing and resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely manner while ensuring<br /> excellent customer service<br /> ● Responsible for end-to-end E commerce operations<br /> ● Order management & processing and maintain order status<br /> ● Maintaining relationships with Channel Partners<br /> ● Inventory Allocations and Stock management<br /> ● Preferred candidate profile:<br /> ● Solid understanding of how online marketplaces operate.<br /> ● Should be able to work on Advance Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, concatenate etc.)<br /> ● Should have a good command of English language<br /> ● Should be a quick learner and have the ability to work under pressure.<br /> ● Company Name – Progressive Lifestyles Private Limited<br /> ● Salary Brackets – 25k-35k/month<br /> ● Experience- 1-2 yrs
