<p>Job Description – Head of Product, Marg ERP</p>
<p>Location: Delhi</p>
<p>Reporting To: Managing Director</p>
<p>Role Overview</p>
<p>The Head of Product for Marg ERP will be responsible for ensuring Marg’s flagship ERP</p>
<p>product delivers maximum value to customers, with a strong focus on reducing</p>
<p>customer churn. The role will also lead efforts to expand the total addressable market</p>
<p>(TAM) by extending ERP capabilities into adjacent industries such as FMCG, Hotels,</p>
<p>Automotive, and other verticals.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<p>Customer Retention & Value Delivery</p>
<p>• Develop and execute strategies to reduce customer churn and increase</p>
<p>retention across the ERP customer base.</p>
<p>• Partner with customer success, sales, and support to identify churn drivers and</p>
<p>embed solutions into the product.</p>
<p>• Enhance core ERP workflows to ensure customers derive measurable business</p>
<p>value – efficiency, compliance, cost savings, and ease of use.</p>
<p>• Implement customer listening mechanisms (feedback, usage analytics, NPS) to</p>
<p>continuously align product improvements with customer needs.</p>
<p>TAM Expansion</p>
<p>• Identify and validate adjacent industries (e.g., FMCG, Hotels, Automotive,</p>
<p>Pharma) where Marg ERP can be customized and adopted.</p>
<p>• Design vertical-specific product extensions and modules to cater to these</p>
<p>categories.</p>
<p>• Collaborate with GTM teams to craft industry-focused product-market</p>
<p>strategies.</p>
<p>• Ensure ERP roadmap balances core product strength with new vertical</p>
<p>innovation.</p>
<p>Execution & Leadership</p>
<p>• Lead the ERP product management team, instilling a culture of value-driven</p>
<p>innovation and strong customer focus.• Collaborate with engineering (CTO/Head of Engineering) to deliver scalable,</p>
<p>reliable, and easy-to-adopt features.</p>
<p>• Track and measure churn reduction, adoption, and TAM growth metrics.</p>
<p>• Act as a customer champion and product evangelist, representing ERP strategy</p>
<p>with internal and external stakeholders.</p>
<p>Desired Profile</p>
<p>• 10–15 years of product management experience, with deep expertise in ERP,</p>
<p>accounting, or enterprise SaaS products.</p>
<p>• Proven experience in reducing churn and improving adoption in B2B SaaS/ERP</p>
<p>environments.</p>
<p>• Understanding of SMB and enterprise workflows across multiple industries.</p>
<p>• Experience in industry-specific ERP modules or vertical SaaS is a strong plus.</p>
<p>• Commercially minded with strong business ownership of product outcomes.</p>
<p>• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire teams and</p>
<p>align them with customer value creation.</p>
<p>Key Success Metrics</p>
<p>• Reduction in customer churn and increase in long-term retention.</p>
<p>• Growth in Net Revenue Retention (NRR).</p>
<p>• Adoption of ERP in new verticals and contribution to overall revenue.</p>
<p>• Strong customer satisfaction and NPS improvements.</p>
<p>• Expansion of TAM through successful expansion into adjacent categories.</p>
