Recommend action plan in line with the analysis.<br />  Drive analysis of business performance: sales, margin and costs. Conduct<br /> reviews and provide actions for cost optimization with special focus and<br /> analysis for corporate vertical.<br />  Assesses business opportunities and risks, predicts trends, estimates<br /> profitability and growth areas, provides creative solutions, manages costs<br /> and allocates resources to add value and manage the portfolio.</div> <div>MIS</div> <div> Responsible for preparation and review of monthly, quarterly &amp; yearly<br /> P&amp;L, B/s &amp; cashflow parameters for the group.<br />  The candidiate must ensure proper issuance and accuracy of all financial<br /> information on timely basis. Circulation of analytical reports along with<br /> variance analysis to stakeholders.<br />  Conduct Monthly business review meetings with the functional Heads &amp;<br /> Business Heads, resolve all business queries relating to the financials<br /> shared.<br />  Ensuring all business queries related to financials shared are resolved<br /> before the monthly financials review.<br />  Support Head of Finance to provide management and other departments<br /> with information for decision making in their respective scope of<br /> operations<br />  Support the financial operations of all related business units within the<br /> company.</div> <div>Business Partnering</div> <div> Provide targeted strategic insights based on analysis of operational<br /> performance, industry dynamics, macro-economic trends and the<br /> competitor landscape.<br />  Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to<br /> ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered.<br />  Become the interface or &lsquo;translator&rsquo; between finance and operations and<br /> support senior leadership team in managing and achieving the financial<br /> targets and objectives.<br />  Should be result-oriented and can draw on &lsquo;big&rsquo; and &lsquo;small&rsquo; data,<br /> selecting the appropriate tools to manipulate, analyse and interpret it in<br /> sophisticated, audience-appropriate ways.<br />  Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all senior<br /> managers and their teams.</div> <div>Supervisory Responsibilities:</div> <div> The candidate would be responsible for leading FP&amp;A, Business<br /> Partnering &amp; MIS function.<br />  Would be responsible for ensuring the team&#39;s compliance to policies &amp;<br /> procedures, adherence to timelines &amp; accuracy of the output.<br />  Would be responsible for team&#39;s performance and on their career<br /> progression prospects and work towards improving and developing their<br /> skills.<br />  Recommends &amp; conducts all necessary training to keep the accounting<br /> team&rsquo;s skills and knowledge up to date.<br />  The candidate will also have to manage onboarding activities or work<br /> with the human resources department to make sure the new hire<br /> receives the guidance and information they need as and when required.</div> <div>Policies and Procedures<br /> Implementation:</div> <div> The candidate would be responsible for process improvement, setting up<br /> SOPs &amp; reducing TATs.</div> <div>Job Speci&beta;ications<br /> Minimum Education  CA/CFA/MBA<br /> Minimum/Relevant<br /> Experience</div> <div> 12-15 years of Experience</div> <div>Past Industry<br /> Experience</div> <div> Candidate with experience in FP&amp;A domain.
