Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management Consultant with a minimum of 8 years of expertise in the Absence Management module. The primary purpose of this role is to leverage your technical skills and knowledge to support and enhance the Absence Management system, contributing to the organization's goals of optimizing human capital management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure the Absence Management module within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Develop Fast Formulas for various absence configurations and calculations.
• Utilize HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL) for efficient bulk data processing.
• Generate reports and conduct data analysis using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (BI Publisher).
• Perform integration tasks using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and develop solutions with Web Services/APIs.
• Execute technical absence configurations and validations through SQL queries.
• Collaborate closely with clients to address their needs, ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud’s Absence Management module.
• Proficient in Fast Formulas, HCM Data Loader (HDL), and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL).
• Strong understanding of OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Web Services, and APIs.
• Technical expertise in Absence Configuration with a deep understanding of relevant concepts.
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in customer-facing situations.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) best practices.
• Experience in managing client relationships and delivering technical solutions.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud and Absence Management.

Environment

• The role requires readiness to work in an extended IST 2nd shift.
