Job Summary

The AMS Verification role focuses on verifying analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits through simulation and analysis. The position contributes to ensuring product reliability and performance by preparing test plans, debugging test cases, and proposing scenarios based on product specifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AMS verification on multiple Intellectual Properties (IPs) using simulation environments such as Cadence (Xcelium+Spectre) and Synopsys (XA-VCS).
• Prepare test plans according to the dynamics of product specifications.
• Debug test cases and propose new verification scenarios.
• Demonstrate functional knowledge of analog and mixed-signal building blocks, including data converters, comparators, op-amps, switched-capacitor circuits, and regulators.
• Apply knowledge of digital design techniques, Verilog Hardware Description Language (HDL), and standard Register Transfer Level (RTL) coding styles.
• Familiarize with behavioral modeling concepts in both digital (Verilog-D) and analog (Verilog-A or Verilog-AMS).
• Manage project dynamics concerning scope, schedule, and effort, and develop alternative verification plans.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in AMS verification processes.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in AMS simulation environments (Cadence or Synopsys).
  • Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal building blocks.
  • Knowledge of digital design techniques and Verilog HDL.
  • Experience with behavioral modeling in Verilog-D and Verilog-A/Verilog-AMS.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in analog circuit design is a plus.
• Familiarity with additional verification tools or methodologies.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in AMS verification.
