Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong technical foundation in version control systems (particularly Git/GitHub), cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), and CI/CD/DevOps practices. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, planning, and execution skills who can manage the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs while driving alignment across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple cross-functional technical programs from initiation to completion with a focus on DevOps and cloud adoption.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Git/GitHub workflows, branching strategies, repository management, and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive cloud-based initiatives leveraging AWS or Azure to enhance scalability, reliability, and security of solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, product, and business stakeholders to define program goals, timelines, and success metrics.
• Establish governance, best practices, and standardization for version control and CI/CD pipelines across teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, providing mitigation strategies and clear communication to leadership.
• Ensure delivery excellence by balancing technical depth with program management best practices.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in program/project management.
• Strong technical expertise in Git/GitHub, including workflows, branching, pull requests, and repository management.
• Proven experience in cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
• Deep understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, complex environments managing large-scale transformation programs.

Preferred Skills

• Additional experience with various DevOps tools and technologies can be a plus.
