Job Description
What You’ll Do
● Design and improve multi-turn conversational flows for children and parents
● Work on prompt engineering, system prompts, guardrails, and policies
● Tune AI behavior for:
○ language switching (Hindi / English / Hinglish)
○ age-appropriate responses
○ safety & content moderation
● Analyze real conversations to detect:
○ hallucinations
○ broken flows
○ STT / TTS issues
● Collaborate with backend + voice infra teams to improve latency and quality
● Build internal tools to review, score, and improve conversations
● Experiment with multiple LLMs and select the right model per use-case
Required Skills
● 3–7 years experience in NLP / Conversational AI / Applied ML
● Strong understanding of:
○ LLM prompting & system instructions
○ multi-turn dialogue systems
○ intent, context & memory handling
● Experience working with real user conversations
● Comfortable reading logs, transcripts, metrics
● Strong written communication skills (very important)
Good to Have
● Experience with voice pipelines (STT → LLM → TTS)
● Worked on chatbots, assistants, copilots, voice agents
● Familiarity with OpenAI / Gemini / Anthropic / open-source LLMs
● Experience designing safe AI systems (kids / healthcare / education)
● Exposure to Indian language nuances is a big plus
