Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven hustler to own and scale our website eCommerce at &Done. This leadership role offers the opportunity to manage the website Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Profit & Loss (P&L), playing a crucial part in our fast-growing company. The position will also provide close mentorship for developing leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the revenue and overall P&L of the brand website.
- Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, and other paid channels.
- Manage a team of 2-3 people, including retention/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and analytics.
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns daily across creatives, audiences, and funnels.
- Drive revenue growth while owning Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Advertising Spend (RoAS), conversion rates, and Lifetime Value (LTV) payback.
- Collaborate with the content team to guide the creative strategy for new content.
- Identify winning hooks, formats, creators, and narratives through data analysis.
- Build dashboards for data visibility and make data-driven growth decisions.
- Work closely with the tech team to optimise and improve landing pages for better conversion rates.
Qualifications
- 6-7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in eCommerce.
- Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads with experience managing monthly spends of 50 lakhs or more.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue while maintaining a healthy RoAS.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with numbers, dashboards, and experimentation.
- Prior experience with D2C or consumer brands is a significant plus.
- Bias for action, with an emphasis on fast testing and fast learning.
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and technologies.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SEO strategies and best practices.
Experience
- Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience in performance marketing, specifically within the eCommerce sector.
Environment
- Location: Gurugram HQ - This is an in-office role, requiring regular attendance at the office.
