Job Description

  • Meet and engage prospective clients: understanding their needs, preferences, budget.
  • Present Äiti’s portfolio: modular/non-modular interiors, bespoke furniture, turnkey solutions. Use visual tools, mood boards, mockups.
  • Advise clients on materials, finishes, functional design aspects, space planning, etc., aligned with Äiti’s design philosophy.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, follow up, and close sales. Ensure profitability while maintaining quality.
  • Coordinate with design, operations, and procurement teams to ensure client expectations are met in timeline, quality, and cost.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends - material, finish, furniture, global/luxury interiors.
  • Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain relationships with clients for referrals and future sales.
  • Feedback from clients to design/production teams for continuous improvement.
