We are recruiting to fill the above position as per the following description.<br /> Role Summary<br /> The Design Engineer plays a vital role in the creation and development of technical drawings, plans, and diagrams used across various industries, including engineering and manufacturing. In this position, the Design Engineer collaborates closely with engineers and designers to transform concepts, ideas, and specifications into precise and detailed visual representations. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune City (Viman Nagar). The primary responsibility of the Design Engineer is to convert design concepts into accurate visual blueprints, which serve as the foundation for production, sourcing, and assembly processes.<br /> Duties and Responsibilities<br />

1. Collaborate closely with project teams to understand design requirements and incorporate necessary changes or modifications into technical drawings.<br />
2. Ensure all technical drawings are accurate, clear, and comply with industry standards and guidelines.<br />
3. Review and analyze design specifications, sketches, and other relevant data to determine the most effective approach for creating precise technical drawings.<br />
4. Apply appropriate mathematical calculations and formulas to accurately represent dimensions, measurements, and other technical details in the drawings.<br />
5. Organize and maintain a well-structured filing system for drawings, ensuring quick access and efficient document management.<br />
6. Stay current with the latest software tools, techniques, and industry trends related to CAD drafting, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.<br />
7. Communicate clients’ needs effectively to the R&D teams to inform and guide future product developments and enhancements.<br /> Qualifications and Skills<br />
8. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/ BTech).<br />
9. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and convey technical concepts clearly.<br />
10. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.<br />
11. Solid understanding of various drawing views, including isometric, orthographic, and sectional.<br />
12. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software SolidWorks and AutoCAD.<br />
13. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations related to design and drafting processes.<br />
14. Must have worked on Designing Modelling Skids with Complex Structures Piping, instrumentation etc.
