Responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities across the customer journey using data and user insights.

- Break down complex and ambiguous problem statements into clear product hypotheses, metrics, and execution plans.
- Collaborate with design teams to enhance front-end user experiences by applying strong product judgment.
- Utilize data fluently, including dashboards and in-depth analyses, to review experiments and assess outcomes post-launch.
- Communicate decisions, trade-offs, and insights clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of product management experience, preferably in consumer technology, marketplaces, e-commerce, or travel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to generate insights and inform decisions.
- Demonstrated experimentation mindset with a track record of validating hypotheses and iterating based on results.
- Solid product sense, particularly regarding evaluating and enhancing user-facing flows.
- Proven experience managing projects from discovery through to impact measurement.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in writing Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and aligning stakeholders.
- Exposure to mentoring junior Product Managers or leading complex cross-functional projects is a plus.
