Job Summary

The Senior Product Manager (Growth) will play a crucial role in building and optimizing customer-facing experiences throughout the entire user journey.   • Communicate decisions, trade-offs, and insights clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of product management experience, preferably in consumer technology, marketplaces, e-commerce, or travel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to generate insights and inform decisions.
  • Demonstrated experimentation mindset with a track record of validating hypotheses and iterating based on results.
  • Solid product sense, particularly regarding evaluating and enhancing user-facing flows.
  • Proven experience managing projects from discovery through to impact measurement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in writing Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and aligning stakeholders.
  • Exposure to mentoring junior Product Managers or leading complex cross-functional projects is a plus.
