GenAI Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated GenAI Engineer with a strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Text Analytics, and Deep Learning. The successful candidate will join our team and contribute to cutting-edge research and development in the field of Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Conduct applied research activities focused on Natural Language Processing, Text Analytics, and Deep Learning.
• Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for various NLP tasks.
• Explore and implement Domain Adaptation techniques to enhance model performance in specific areas.
• Work on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research outcomes into products and services.
• Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP, Deep Learning, and related fields.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in NLP/Deep Learning.
• Mandatory Skills:
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Text Analytics, and NLP.
  • Proven track record of research and development in NLP and Deep Learning, evidenced by publications, projects, or contributions to open-source communities.
  • Interest and aptitude for research activities, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure for large-scale data processing and model training is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Instruction-Conditioned Learning (ICL)/Fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Mistral, Llama-2, and Gemma.
• Knowledge of Domain Adaptation techniques and their practical applications.
• Experience with practical and scalable applications of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and related methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
