Senior Analyst 1 Infrastructure Services

Job Summary

The Senior Analyst 1 Infrastructure Services will serve as an Active Directory Engineer responsible for providing Level 3 support for multiple customers in a global delivery model. This role requires delivering 24x7 rotational remote support from one of the Global Delivery Centers based in India, ensuring the smooth operation and management of Active Directory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 Level 3 support for Active Directory and related technologies.
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory domain controllers, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Conduct root cause analysis and perform problem management to resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure the overall security of the Active Directory domain and manage disaster recovery processes.
• Configure and manage Active Directory DNS services and troubleshoot related issues.
• Collaborate with teams to manage Entra Connect server and resolve sync issues.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 7-9 years of relevant industry experience in Active Directory and supporting technologies.
• Certifications: MCSE and ITIL V3 Foundation certifications are preferred.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Windows Server versions 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory installation, configuration, and management.
  • Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPO) and File Replication Service (FRS).
  • Familiarity with Azure AD/Entra Connect and troubleshooting sync issues.
  • Scripting experience in VB Script and PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of AD Federation Services (ADFS) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with migration tools such as ADMT, Quest ODM, or Binary Tree.
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools for issue resolution.
• Knowledge of ADAM and Quest Recovery tools.

Experience

• At least 7-9 years of relevant industry experience in Active Directory and supporting technologies.
• Experience in operational outsourcing and global customer remote management.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹2,400,000 per annum.
