Lead discovery and requirement gathering sessions with the client to understand various business process in HR domain (Hire to re-retire employee lifecycle)
Consult the client on their HR processes and policy and advise them basis Darwinbox’s product feasibility
Build and maintain deep relationship with the client while serving the needs and ensuring a smooth project delivery
Ensuring the system configurations are as per client’s requirement and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) with the clients by preparing test cases and conducting workshop with the clients
Lead the end-to-end system configuration or module configuration for client and be a SPOC
Project Management:
Creation of the engagement and project plan with mapping of key stakeholders, project risks, dependencies etc
Perform daily/ weekly catch ups with the teams to ensure weekly delivery plan is executed as per plan
Lead leadership governance with the client on fortnightly basis sharing the project implementation status and progress
Interact with product team to troubleshoot client problems and proactively solve client issues
Collaborate with Backend team to ensure configuration of product is done as per client requirements
Prepare and deliver change management plan with the client organization on the new product, trainings, communication etc
Manage the relationship with the client and work closely with Kognoz functional experts/ implementation lead to configure the right processes and policies
Collaborate and interact with Darwinbox team to get a hands on experience and gain exposure & learning
