Export-Sales Intern
Job Summary
The Export-Sales Intern will support the export sales team in managing international sales operations, customer communications, and data analysis. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students seeking hands-on experience in sales and export management. The intern will gain exposure to global market strategies and play a role in achieving the organization’s sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Assist with processing export orders and documentation.
- Maintain and update sales records and databases using Microsoft Excel.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Communicate with international clients and partners via email and phone.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities in foreign markets.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of exports.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (pursuing or completed) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.

- Familiarity with export documentation and procedures.
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages.
