Export-Sales Intern

Job Summary

The Export-Sales Intern will support the export sales team in managing international sales operations, customer communications, and data analysis. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students seeking hands-on experience in sales and export management. The intern will gain exposure to global market strategies and play a role in achieving the organization’s sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing export orders and documentation.
  • Maintain and update sales records and databases using Microsoft Excel.
  • Support the sales team in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Communicate with international clients and partners via email and phone.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities in foreign markets.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of exports.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (pursuing or completed) is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Interest or coursework in international business, sales, or commerce.
  • Familiarity with export documentation and procedures.
  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

  • Minimum Experience: 0 years (Freshers are welcome).
  • Suitable for recent graduates or students seeking practical experience in export sales or international business.
