We strive to have USD 1 Billion in assets within two years of our operations.</p> <p>Job Summary: The Fund Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of the Minerva Fund - multi asset class hedge fund, trading in international markets, comprising of public equities, debt, real estate, alternative assets, cash; conducting in-depth research and analysis to identify investment opportunities, and executing trades to optimize portfolio performance. The fund will be dealing with leverage and deal with hedge fund providers such as such as prime brokers, markets, and execution brokers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in multi asset class fund management, a deep understanding of financial markets, leverage management, trading cross border securities, and strong analytical skills.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Develop and implement investment strategies to achieve targeted returns while managing risks effectively.</p> </li> <li> <p>Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities in equity markets.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and company fundamentals to make informed investment decisions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Very strong modelling and computer skills to build and maintain financial models to assess the valuation and performance of potential investments. This may extend to automated order placing.</p> </li> <li> <p>The FM may need to oversee a technology team which assists in the proper management of the fund although it is expected that the investor&rsquo;s investment team will be doing the heavy lifting.</p> </li> <li> <p>Execute trades following established investment guidelines and regulatory requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor portfolio performance and adjust investment strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.</p> </li> <li> <p>Communicate investment insights and recommendations to senior management and clients.</p> </li> <li> <p>Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends to inform investment decisions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with internal teams, including research analysts, traders, and compliance officers, to support investment activities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Foster strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service to meet their investment objectives.</p> </li> <li> <p>Work with the investor and investors representatives on strategy, performance, risks, hedging, leverage, etc.</p> </li> <li> <div> <div> <div> <p>Qualifications:</p>
