Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 6-9 years of experience in CRM product management.
- Must be CRM certified.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and industry best practices.
- Proven experience in product roadmap development and feature prioritization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Zoho CRM is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with agile product management methodologies.
Experience
- A minimum of 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in CRM product management.
