Qualifications and Requirements:<br />  4 – 7 years’ experience in IT.<br />  Hands on experience with switches, routers, and other network related devices.<br />  Knowledge of advanced network topology design and administration including<br /> LAN, WAN, security, and related technologies.<br />  Knowledge of both Windows and Linux environments.<br />  Knowledge of Service Now administration and configuration.<br />  Nutanix platform knowledge a plus.<br />  Hands on experience with Azure AD &amp; Office365 a plus.<br />  Knowledge and experience with data backup and recovery processes.<br />  Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and processes to<br /> achieve commitments.<br />  Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills to all levels<br /> of the organization.<br />  Process and technical documentation skills.<br />  Skilled in organizing and communicating technology systems and services use to<br /> others.<br />  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br />  General technology and application support skills.<br />  Ability to deliver on objectives.<br />  Customer service skills.
