Job Description
Qualifications and Requirements:
4 – 7 years’ experience in IT.
Hands on experience with switches, routers, and other network related devices.
Knowledge of advanced network topology design and administration including
LAN, WAN, security, and related technologies.
Knowledge of both Windows and Linux environments.
Knowledge of Service Now administration and configuration.
Nutanix platform knowledge a plus.
Hands on experience with Azure AD & Office365 a plus.
Knowledge and experience with data backup and recovery processes.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and processes to
achieve commitments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills to all levels
of the organization.
Process and technical documentation skills.
Skilled in organizing and communicating technology systems and services use to
others.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
General technology and application support skills.
Ability to deliver on objectives.
Customer service skills.
