Job Summary

We are looking for a senior full stack developer to lead the development of AI-driven applications from zero to one. You will build high-performance, scalable systems and work across the full stack—from dynamic frontends (Next.js, React) to robust backend services (Supabase, Python, Node), and contribute to our internal DevOps infrastructure (GCP/Azure). This role is ideal for a builder who thrives in startup environments and wants to help define a new computing paradigm. You’ll play a critical role in building AI-native applications that use agent workflows, integrate with our MCP servers, and deploy across dynamic vertical use cases. Expect to work closely with AI engineers, product leads, and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Greenfield Application Development: Own and execute full-stack builds for new apps and platforms.
• MCP + Agent Workflows: Design frontend/backend interactions for autonomous and semi-autonomous agents.
• Cursor, Windsurf & Vibe coding: Leverage experience in building responsive, low-latency interfaces for real-time or guided user flows.
• DevOps Integration: Set up and manage CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and secure cloud deployments.
• Tech Architecture: Influence system architecture decisions to support modularity, scalability, and rapid iteration.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate product needs into technical specs in collaboration with data, design, and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4–6 years of full stack development experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong experience designing and deploying end-to-end applications.
  • Deep comfort with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL.
  • Production experience with Cursor, Windsurf & Vibe coding.
  • Good grasp of cloud-native architecture and CI/CD.
  • Exposure to agent frameworks, LangChain/CrewAI, or similar technology.
  • High autonomy and proven ownership of shipped products.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building SaaS tools or enterprise platforms.
• Exposure to Kubernetes, Observability, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Contributions to open source or the AI agent ecosystem.

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in full stack development.

Environment

• Location: Hybrid, Bengaluru (4 days a week).
• Employment Type: Full-Time.

Salary

• Estimated Salary Range: ₹2,000,000 - ₹3,000,000 per annum.
