Associate and Sr Associate L1/L2 GEN AI and Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

As an Associate and Sr Associate L1/L2 GEN AI and Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying innovative AI and Machine Learning solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective product features, leveraging advanced deep learning and AI models to contribute to the organization's success.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software engineers, business stakeholders, and domain experts to translate business requirements into product features and AI/ML solutions.
• Develop, implement, and deploy AI/ML applications and models in a cloud environment such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Preprocess and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Evaluate, validate, and optimize AI/ML models for accuracy, efficiency, and generalizability.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of AI/ML models in production environments, implementing updates as necessary.
• Document AI/ML model development processes, results, and lessons learned to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and SQL.
  • Exposure to Generative AI models such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Runway ML.
  • Experience with AI/ML and deep learning solutions using libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, and Keras.
  • Knowledge of mathematics, probability, and statistics.
  • Familiarity with a variety of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and deep learning algorithms.
  • Experience in developing APIs using Flask/Django.
  • Good experience in cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Exposure to Generative AI, Vector Databases/Embeddings, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Experience with MLOps tools such as MLFlow, Kubeflow, and CI/CD Pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Exposure to web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, Node.js, Angular, or React.
• Experience in Flask/Django development is considered an advantage.

Experience

• Previous experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML applications, with emphasis on deep learning and model optimization.
