Scrabble is currently seeking a Business Head for their well-established wealth management organization. This position is based in Mumbai.<br /> The primary objective of the role is to build a substantial business of early wealth management clients (ranging from 50 Lacs to 10 Cr.) within a team of 500 people over a period of 3 to 4 years. In the long term, the successful candidate will lead a business spanning the top 25 cities and become the preferred wealth creator in this segment.<br /> The key responsibilities will include strategic development, business growth, product and collaboration, team leadership, and compliance and risk management. The ideal candidate should possess an entrepreneurial mindset, strong P&L management skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
