Scrabble is currently seeking a Business Head for their well-established wealth management organization. This position is based in Mumbai.
The primary objective of the role is to build a substantial business of early wealth management clients (ranging from 50 Lacs to 10 Cr.) within a team of 500 people over a period of 3 to 4 years. In the long term, the successful candidate will lead a business spanning the top 25 cities and become the preferred wealth creator in this segment.
The key responsibilities will include strategic development, business growth, product and collaboration, team leadership, and compliance and risk management. The ideal candidate should possess an entrepreneurial mindset, strong P&L management skills, and a customer-oriented approach. Additionally, they should have demonstrated capabilities in building and developing organizational talent.
