<p><b>About the Role</b></p>
<p>The Solution Architect Lead will be responsible for leading the solutions team in the AI</p>
<p>division. This role involves managing stakeholder relationships, gathering requirements, and</p>
<p>developing AI tools to enhance the platform's offerings. The ideal candidate will have</p>
<p>experience with scaled media products and be hands-on in their approach.</p>
<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<p>• Manage stakeholder relationships and gather requirements for AI-driven solutions.</p>
<p>• Build and integrate AI tools to improve the content platform's capabilities.</p>
<p>• Utilize existing AI tools effectively to meet project requirements.</p>
<p>• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to align solutions with business goals.</p>
<p>• Ensure the solutions developed are scalable and meet the needs of a large audience.</p>
<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
<p>• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</p>
<p>• Proven experience in leading technology solutions, particularly in AI.</p>
<p>• Strong understanding of scalable media products and their architecture.</p>
<p>• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</p>
<p>• Proficiency in AI technologies and tools.</p>
<p>• Hands-on experience in software development and integration.</p>
<p><b>Preferred Skills</b></p>
<p>• Previous experience in the content or media industry.</p>
<p>• Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning methodologies.</p>
<p>• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</p>
<p><b>Experience</b></p>
<p>• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a product organisation, specifically in AI and solution</p>
<p>architecture.</p>
<p>• Experience with large scale media products is highly preferred.</p>
