India’s privatisation program in the container terminal sector with the first investment in
Tuticorin Container Terminal in 1998, followed by subsequent investments in container
terminals in Chennai (2007), Kolkata (2014) and Navi Mumbai (2014).

Mumbai ) and Honeycomb Logistics ( Mundra ) CFS.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
The role involves the incumbent to drive transformation in Finance function/Department.
Reorganizing and realigning BUs philosophy towards one PSA India Finance philosophy
Responsible for setting up standardised and centralised financial planning & analysis
capabilities at PSA India country level in order to provide comprehensive perspective and
insights into value drivers, support timely decision making across H1 and H2 businesses, and
enable organisational growth towards resilience and sustainability in India.

Role Description
• Functionally align with local/regional finance teams to understand, interpret, and
provide global direction and support, driving towards global consistency and common
frameworks across.
• Ensure that effective systems of internal accounting controls are maintained and
developed to report accurate financial information, adequately supported and in
compliance with local laws and group policies.
• Forecasting financial results. Lead the preparation of all annual plans, being a key
contributor to the development of strategic plans and analysis of opportunities for
inorganic growth.
• Co-ordinate the India BUs budgets. Provide thought leadership and guidance to
stakeholders to align with the management information framework,

• 12-15+ years of overall Experience with 5+ years in a similar role or Lead position
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field, Qualified CA/CS/CFA will be an
added advantage
• Team management experience- Able to train, coach and enable the development of others
• Able to adapt to an evolving, Fast-paced & collaborative environment
• Experience in analysing financials and operations to drive growth
• Detail oriented with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proven success in taking projects from conception to execution
• Experience in ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical skills, able to clearly link financial results to operational performance
drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Clear thinking/ problem solving, able to lead projects/ process improvement within
operations/ finance function.
