Relationship Manager
Job Summary
The Relationship Manager is responsible for closing property transactions, managing end-to-end client relationships, and achieving monthly revenue targets through site visits, negotiations, and deal closures. This role is crucial in driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers.
Responsibilities
- Handle both inbound and outbound leads for residential real estate projects.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Conduct site visits, project walkthroughs, and follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with clients and developers.
- Drive negotiations, booking, and closure of deals.
- Maintain accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) updates (leads, site visits, closures).
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and post-sales support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and managing client databases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Educational qualifications in business, finance, or real estate preferred.

- Knowledge of residential real estate market trends.

Experience
1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate sales or client relationship management.
