ROLE: PERFORMANCE MARKETING LEAD About Good Monk: Good Monk is a fast-growing nutrition brand dedicated to ‘Making Nutrition Easy’ for families. Our innovative products seamlessly integrate essential nutrients into everyday meals without altering taste or colour, helping families bridge nutrition gaps for their loved ones. Role Overview: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to drive Profitable growth on D2C business, as well as Marketplaces, leading efforts for customer Acquisition & Retention. Key Responsibilities 1. Create multi-channel plan to deliver Monthly & Quarterly Online business goals 2. Drive performance in conjunction with the agency on all performance-marketing channels such as Facebook and Google, as well as Organic, Direct and Affiliate sources of revenue and traffic • Work closely with the Creative Strategy & Execution teams to deliver this 3. Own Website optimization and A/B testing to deliver conversion rates 4. Ownership of customer Retention Marketing activities that add Value to the Customers & deliver high Customer Satisfaction 5. Drive Growth on Marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart & Quick Commerce through Paid Campaigns, Listing Management & other drivers Qualifications 1. 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing, with a track record of driving consistent growth for D2C brands, from brand or agency side 2. Experience working on Health & Wellness brands will be a plus 3. Strong understanding of drivers that influence Growth on D2C & Marketplaces, and various Metrics along the funnel that ultimately deliver high ROAS 4. Ability to understand what’s working & what not in the Creative Strategy & recommend changes 5. Working knowledge of Retention tools & Customer journeys 6. Ability to manage agencies effectively so that they perform at their best 7. Top notch problem-solving & analytical skills Work From Office role: Office based in Ulsoor, Bengaluru
