<div>Job Title: Fund Manager</div> <div>Location: Mumbai</div> <div>About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Fund Manager to join our investment team in Mumbai. This is a high-impact role requiring a proven track record in private equity investing, with a focus on end-to-end fund management&mdash;from deal sourcing to value creation and exit strategies. Key Responsibilities &bull; Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with fund objectives and investor expectations &bull; Lead end-to-end investment processes including deal origination, financial modelling, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closure &bull; Focus on sector-specific or thematic investments with a strong buy-side perspective &bull; Monitor and manage portfolio company performance, define KPIs, and drive strategic growth plans &bull; Oversee compliance, governance, and regulatory frameworks for portfolio companies &bull; Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities through market research and networking &bull; Build and maintain strong relationships with investment bankers, founders, and ecosystem players &bull; Ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory guidelines related to fund operations and portfolio companies &bull; Prepare and present investment memos, quarterly reports, and updates for internal and external stakeholders Key Requirements: &bull; Minimum 6 years of experience in a buy-side investment role with a reputed Private Equity or Venture Capital fund. &bull; Demonstrated ability to deliver strong IRRs and manage a portfolio end-to-end. &bull; Strong understanding of term sheets, valuations, capital structures, and exit mechanisms. &bull; Excellent financial modelling, business analysis, and negotiation skills. &bull; Deep sectoral knowledge and strong deal network preferred. &bull; CA/MBA (Tier-1 institute) or equivalent qualification desirable.</div>
