Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and business-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner closely with the R&D, Production, After Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams. This role will be responsible for driving the people agenda by enabling business growth through strategic workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR partner for R&D, Production, and corporate functions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and translate them into people strategies.
- Support workforce planning, organization design, manpower budgeting, and succession planning.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to improve business performance and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to fulfill hiring requirements across engineering, production, and corporate functions.
- Ensure timely hiring of high-quality technical and functional talent.
- Drive seamless onboarding and integration of new employees.
- Drive goal-setting, performance reviews, and continuous feedback processes.
- Build employee engagement initiatives that improve motivation, productivity, and retention.
- Identify capability gaps within R&D, production, and corporate teams and support leadership development initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters with fairness and confidentiality.
- Track key HR metrics such as attrition, hiring, productivity, engagement, and performance, and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of HR Business Partner experience supporting R&D, engineering, production, or operations functions.
- Experience in product companies, manufacturing, hardware, or high-growth startup environments.
- Strong understanding of performance management, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on approach.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or hardware-led organizations is a plus.
- Exposure to HR analytics and HRIS platforms is desirable.
