Job Summary
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP Professional will be responsible for managing, supporting, and implementing ERP solutions to streamline business processes across various functions. This role plays a critical part in enhancing operational efficiency, supporting ERP transformation initiatives, and ensuring seamless integration within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across key business functions including finance, supply chain, inventory, procurement, sales, and order management.
- Drive and support D365 Business Central implementation, configuration, and enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and ensure timely resolution of business-critical problems.
- Manage integrations between Business Central and other business applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external technology partners for system implementation, support, and enhancements.
- Support customizations, workflows, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and user training.
- Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and smooth functioning of ERP processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the organization’s ERP transformation journey.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proven experience in D365 Business Central implementation and support.
- Good understanding of retail operations, supply chain, inventory, finance, and order management.
- Experience with ERP integrations, customizations, and process optimization.
- Ability to work closely with business teams to understand functional requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Educational qualifications: Relevant degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Business Central modules such as Finance, Sales, Inventory, and Supply Chain.
- Exposure to Microsoft ecosystem tools, APIs, and business application integrations.
- Experience working with external implementation partners and technology vendors.
- Prior experience in a fast-growing FMCG or consumer brand is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in ERP management, implementation, or support.
- Experience working in B2C, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or similar business environments.
