Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 18–25 years of HR leadership experience, including recent experience as a CHRO/Group HR Head or a senior HR leader in a manufacturing/industrial/promoter-driven environment.

• Industry Exposure: Preferably from manufacturing sectors (ceramics, tiles, FMCG, engineering, infrastructure, automotive, etc.).

• Promoter/Founder-led Company Experience: Mandatory — must have operated closely with founder-led or promoter-driven organizations.

• Plant HR Exposure: Hands-on experience managing HR at manufacturing plants alongside corporate HR functions.

• Leadership Skills: Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities; ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change.

• Location Flexibility: Willingness to be based out of Ahmedabad with regular travel to Mumbai.

• Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent from a recognized institute.
