Platform Lead - Multi-Cloud Infrastructure

Job Summary

We are looking for a Platform Lead to help build and maintain our multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. In this hands-on role, you will ensure that our cloud environments are secure, reliable, and scalable, enabling our engineering teams to move fast and deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
• Lead Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives, ensuring secure and repeatable deployments.
• Architect container orchestration solutions using Kubernetes and cloud-native tools.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for reliability and performance.
• Drive cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, reviewing architecture and code where needed.
• Participate in incident response and lead post-mortems for platform improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure in production environments.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager).
• Deep knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon ECS/Azure AKS).
• Strong background in CI/CD and automation scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Experience with cloud cost management, monitoring, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with incident management and on-call processes.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced cloud certifications (AWS/Azure Solutions Architect or DevOps Pro).
• Exposure to GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux) and service mesh (Istio, Linkerd).
• Experience in startup or high-growth Software as a Service (SaaS) environments.
• Familiarity with serverless services and multi-region deployments.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering.
