Job Description
<div>Key Responsibilities: • Execute a strong business development plan for school shoe business in the territory • Manage distributors & channel partners in the territory and build strong working relationships • Drive sales plan to achieve set targets for the territory • Foster alliances and partnerships with large school groups to build annuity business • Explore & Identify unconventional partnerships to expand the reach – uniform vendors, channel partners etc • Identify, appoint & manage multi-brand retailers for Plaeto school shoes. Establish preference for Plaeto brand in these stores • Work with cross functional teams to implement demand generation programs • Ensure on-time collections from distributors, channel partners and trade • Drive & coordinate smooth operational execution with distributors/channel in fulfilment process • Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and report on regular cadence • Reflect the qualities & values of Plaeto in every aspect of work. Be the face of the brand in territory</div>

<div>Pre-requisites: • Good understanding of & sales experience in Education/related sectors • Should demonstrate bias for action and quality of execution in defined timelines • Good written and oral communication skills • Account/Relationship management skills. Analytical & planning ability • Ability to leverage partners’ strengths and resources to drive operational efficiencies • Adept with productivity, presentation & automation tools • Willingness to engage and learn through cross functional engagement & collaborative approach</div>

<div>Experience & Qualification: • 5+ years’ experience in Institutional sales, Account Management, preferably in Education sector. Retail operations experience helps, but not mandated • Graduate / MBA degree</div>
