Job Description

  1. Strategic Planning & Execution:

  2. Team Leadership & Management:
    • Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team, including Zonal/Regional Sales Managers.
    • Set clear performance targets and ensure team accountability.
    • Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
  3. Sales Operations & Performance Monitoring:
    • Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to the team.
    • Optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  4. Market Intelligence:
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams to ensure competitive positioning.
  5. Stakeholder Management:
    • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and other stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other departments to achieve business goals.
  6. Compliance & Reporting:
    • Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior leadership team.
