Job Description
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand the company's footprint.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to align sales plans with overall company goals.
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team, including Zonal/Regional Sales Managers.
- Set clear performance targets and ensure team accountability.
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Sales Operations & Performance Monitoring:
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to the team.
- Optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams to ensure competitive positioning.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other departments to achieve business goals.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior leadership team.
