Operations Associate
Position: Operations Manager
CTC: 3-6 LPA
DOJ: Immediately
Role & Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Coordination:
Oversee end-to-end event operations, including logistics, setup, and execution.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless event delivery.
Vendor Management:
Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
Ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
Budget Management:
Plan and manage event budgets effectively.
Track expenses and provide regular budget updates.
Logistics & Execution:
Manage venue selection, setup, and teardown logistics.
Ensure all event elements are delivered according to plan, including audiovisuals, seating, and branding.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure events comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Identify and mitigate potential risks.
Team Management:
Lead a team of event coordinators, technicians, and support staff.
Assign tasks and oversee on-ground operations.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of event plans, budgets, and outcomes.
Prepare post-event reports and feedback analyses.
Client Communication:
Act as the operational point of contact for clients during events.
Address any client concerns promptly and professionally.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience:
1-15 years of experience in event management, activations, or experiential marketing.
Prior experience in handling corporate events, exhibitions, or BTL activations.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Traits:
