<div>Operations Associate</div> <div><br /> Position: Operations Manager<br /> CTC: 3-6 LPA<br /> DOJ: Immediately</div> <div><br /> Role &amp; Responsibilities:</div> <div><br /> Event Planning &amp; Coordination:<br /> Oversee end-to-end event operations, including logistics, setup, and execution.<br /> Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless event delivery.<br /> Vendor Management:<br /> Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.<br /> Ensure timely delivery of services and materials.<br /> Budget Management:<br /> Plan and manage event budgets effectively.<br /> Track expenses and provide regular budget updates.<br /> Logistics &amp; Execution:<br /> Manage venue selection, setup, and teardown logistics.<br /> Ensure all event elements are delivered according to plan, including audiovisuals, seating, and branding.<br /> Compliance &amp; Risk Management:<br /> Ensure events comply with safety regulations and company policies.<br /> Identify and mitigate potential risks.<br /> Team Management:<br /> Lead a team of event coordinators, technicians, and support staff.<br /> Assign tasks and oversee on-ground operations.<br /> Reporting &amp; Documentation:<br /> Maintain detailed records of event plans, budgets, and outcomes.<br /> Prepare post-event reports and feedback analyses.<br /> Client Communication:<br /> Act as the operational point of contact for clients during events.<br /> Address any client concerns promptly and professionally.</div> <div><br /> Preferred Candidate Profile:<br /> Experience:<br /> 1-15 years of experience in event management, activations, or experiential marketing.<br /> Prior experience in handling corporate events, exhibitions, or BTL activations.<br /> Skills:<br /> Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.<br /> Excellent communication and negotiation skills.<br /> Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.<br /> Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.<br /> Traits:<br /> Attention to detail and a proactive approach.<br /> Team leadership and collaboration skills.<br /> Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.</div> <div><br /> Perks &amp; Benefits:<br /> Professional Growth:<br /> Opportunities for training, workshops, and skill development.<br /> Travel Opportunities:<br /> Chance to travel to event locations, both locally and nationally.<br /> Health &amp; Wellness:<br /> Medical insurance and wellness programs.<br /> Networking:<br /> Exposure to top industry professionals and brands.</div>
