Job Summary

The Revenue & AI Systems Architect will be an integral part of the Revenue Operations team, responsible for the design, development, and optimization of the B2B revenue engine. This role will focus on orchestrating the entire tech stack and embedding AI across workflows to ensure that the revenue engine is efficient, intelligent, adaptive, and scalable.

Responsibilities

  • AI & System Orchestration

    • Lead the technical implementation of AI tools and agents to enhance automation in the B2B revenue engine.
    • Integrate and orchestrate the entire B2B tool stack to ensure seamless data flow and process excellence.
    • Contribute to the strategic roadmap and evolution of the B2B tech stack by providing expert support and identifying AI-driven optimization opportunities.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to build automations and integrations that accelerate growth.
    • Manage vendor relationships and continuously optimize the tool stack for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    • Serve as a liaison between AI capabilities and revenue systems, aligning AI initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • CRM & Automation Development

    • Build and maintain complex automation workflows in HubSpot, enhancing lead scoring and routing, and creating adaptive workflows.
    • Lead the technical implementation of systems aimed at improving operational excellence (e.g., CPQ, CMS, ERP, PMS).
    • Reduce manual updates in operational workflows by developing robust systems within the B2B stack.
    • Apply change management best practices to ensure timely completion of implementation projects.
  • Data & Reporting Excellence

    • Collaborate with the Data team to integrate AI-driven insights into dashboards for real-time decision-making.
    • Ensure data cleanliness, completeness, and accuracy across B2B tools for accurate reporting.

Qualifications

  • Must-Haves:

    • 3+ years of experience in system orchestration, preferably in a SaaS environment.
    • Proven experience in end-to-end automations, system integrations, and AI-powered automation.
    • Hands-on experience deploying AI agents and orchestrating AI workflows within RevOps processes.
    • Experience with modern automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Tray.io, or Retool.
    • Background in CRM development, optimization, and data quality control.
    • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
    • Excellent project management and change management capabilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Nice-to-Have:

    • Experience with HubSpot (Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations Hubs).
    • Familiarity with quoting engines, billing systems, or CPQ tools.
    • Understanding of data warehouses and ETL pipeline principles.
    • Knowledge of SaaS principles and best practices.
    • Proficiency in Python for custom data transformations or API interactions.
    • Familiarity with AI tools such as LangChain, LLM orchestration frameworks, and RAG pipelines.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role with a focus on systems architecture, AI operations, and data engineering.
