Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial activities, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting business decision-making with accurate financial insights. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong accounting expertise and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting & Reporting

  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations including vendor payments, invoicing, TDS, GST, and all statutory compliances.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, Management Information System (MIS) reports, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in line with applicable accounting standards.

• Payroll & Compliance

  • Manage payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Handle Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Gratuity, Professional Tax, and other employee-related statutory compliances.
  • Monitor and implement changes in tax regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.

• Audit & Internal Controls

  • Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax authorities.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Implement and monitor internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.

• Taxation & Regulatory

  • Manage direct and indirect taxation including TDS, GST, and Income Tax.
  • Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory forms.
  • Assist in tax planning and resolving assessments, notices, or queries from authorities.

• Cash Flow & Treasury Management

  • Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables to ensure healthy liquidity.
  • Coordinate with banks for fund management, reconciliations, and related activities.
  • Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting. (CA Inter / CMA preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in finance and accounting.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting/ERP software.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Additional qualifications in finance or accounting and familiarity with advanced financial analysis tools are a plus.

Experience

• 10+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting operations.

Environment

• This position requires working from the office in Gurgaon.
