The Area Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth within the Affordable housing segment. This position requires a highly qualified and experienced individual who can meet stringent sales goals, motivate the sales team, and build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of clients, offering tailored solutions and services that align with their objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of our Affordable products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and point of contact for their housing needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of Affordable housing products.
- Lead negotiations, address objections, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree.
- Minimum 7-8 years of work experience.
- Experience in Housing / Real Estate – Affordable Segment.
